3100 Kulmhotel Gornergrat Zermatt, Zermatt

I stayed at the Stellarium Gornergrat situated in the Kulmhotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully named after mountains above 4000 m in the area. The presence of a vaporizer in the room to adjust to the high altitude was a nice touch. The service was friendly, but it seemed a bit overwhelmed during the check-out rush at 11 am. The location is simply breathtaking, offering stunning views of Monta Rosa, Matterhorn, Weisshorn, and Dom mountains, especially visible from my room window. The dining options were varied and satisfying, with impeccable service. The facilities were well-kept, enhancing the overall stay.

Staying at this hotel was like having my personal observatory with a fantastic view of the Matterhorn. The room, though not spacious, was cozy and spotlessly clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive, catering to our needs with warmth and care. While check-out may have been a bit rushed due to high demand, the service was still top-notch. The location, surrounded by the majestic Monta Rosa, Matterhorn, Weisshorn, and Dom peaks, offered a breathtaking experience for nature lovers. The dining experience was delightful, surpassing even that of some higher-rated hotels in town, with a diverse and scrumptious selection of dishes. The facilities were well-maintained, enhancing our overall stay.
